• Aptitude Screening
• Personality Screening
• Technical Screening
Personality & Technical screening are done keeping the target client in mind and is tailored for each of our clients. This is to ensure that the right candidates reach our clients and the client does not spend hours running through a variety of submitted profiles. This also ensures that when our candidates are working at the client offices, they are accepted by the client team and can add value through their personality traits.
We pride ourselves In our successes with our clients and measure our own performance continually based on the acceptance/submission ratio. We are proud of this being a very high 70% on an average for us. Our clients spend less than 2 hours on an average in going through the submitted profiles before deciding which candidates they would want to interview.
